Cask Handpump at the Cock O’ The North, Hipperholme 22/12/2007 (ABV 4.5%) Some ginger aroma. Small white head. Clear golden coloured pale and hoppy with a little dryness in a ginger finish.

Cask - Cock o’ the North, Hipperholme. Pours an orangey yellow with a dense, creamy white head. Ginger dominates this whole beer, becoming overwhelming towards the midway point of the pint. Not much else on offer other than the sickly ginger. Easy drinking and charming to begin with, but gets rather cloying.
