Cask - gravity (Huddersfield BF 2004): Listed as Golden Rain on the programme but the ABV is the same so assuming this is it. Clear golden appearance. Malty aroma. Sweet fruity, honey flavor, slightly biscuity, reminds me a little of the sponge soaked in sherry at the bottom of a trifle.

An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet caramelic, combined with light notes of butter, while the flavor is sweet with notes of both caramel and yeast.
