Gravity at Birmingham Beer Fest. Didn’t know what this was when I drinked it (i.e. style) - here’s what I wrote... Slightly hoppy, golden tasty beer. Some Lager type moments. Smooth, refreshingly thin. Same comment as that which ended previous review - "quite good really". Gosh, aren’t I an agreeable chap?

Cask@Birimingham Beer Festival. Very pale beer with a light, crisp, dry malty aroma and a very dry pale ale flavour. Overall a nice dry beer.

Cask at Babington Arms (JDW) Derby. Pale lemon body, slightly hazy, thight white head. Mulled citrus aroma, Fairly floral, tingly sherbert/floral aftertaste, certainly refreshing. Even more so at the Babington’s ’drink-up’ price of 99p a pint to finish the barrel. Sometimes known as ACV - as the translation means Air Cushioned Vehicle in English.

Pale straw colour. Clean and crisp with some spicy hop and orange zest. Thirst-quenching and easy drinking. Not really sure its a pilsner though. Cask (handpump), Head of Steam, Euston.

Cask Conditioned, at the Head of Steam, Euston, London.
Foggy orange colour with a fine white lacy head. Very flat otherwise. Citrus, orange peel aroma. Crisp and refreshing palate with good bitter flavour. An interesting drop and quite nice as well. A Spiesy & chris_o mini gathering.

Golden with a small lacey head. Aromas comprise lots of sulphur with some amonia and spice - not as bad as it seems! Flavours are soft and buttery malts with some fruitiness. Not bad, if difficult to ask for.
