Fairly standard amber colour. Some grainy malt in the aroma. The palate starts sweet, but becomes progressively drier. Some malt, some hops. A reasonable best bitter, but nothing out of the ordinary. The mouthfeel is a bit thin. Cask (gravity), Willoughby Arms, Little Bytham, Lincolnshire..
