UPDATED: AUG 10, 2011 Rerate from bottle: I get far more aromatic hops this time around, a stable white lace, good balance and a elegant sparkly mouthfeel - very nice. Old rating 6 2 7 2 12 Bottle. Pale golden, lowish foamy head. Metallic bittering hop aroma. Lightbodied, sparkly. Light metallic aromatic Spalt and Hallertau hops, grassy aftertaste. Good thirstquencher.

Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy, metalic, vegetable notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a long to average duration, malty, hay, metalic, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

Yellow colored with little white head. Slightly buttery aroma with fine hops, fruits also present, decent German one. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is also crispily hopped and palated with fruits.

Herber, geringerer Hopfenbeginn. Während der Hopfen schnell abebbt wird die Herbe stärker, später kommen auch bittere Nuancen hinzu. Bitterer, wenig würziger Abgang. Trinkbares Pils 9/8/8/8/8/8

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Golden with a small white head. Grainy and herbal aroma with a sharp metallic edge. Dry and grainy flav9our with herbal hops and a good bitterness.

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Metallic and rough grainy aroma. Harsh and unrefined. Short bitter end.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Slightly hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, straw, bread and grainy. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, grainy, grass, straw, hop and a little bitter.

It’s slightly hazy, light golden with a white head, and the aroma has notes of straw, bread and malt. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of straw, malt, light bread, citrus, and the finish is dry.

Light bodied Pilsner, displaying slight fruity aromas (apricots come to mind), accented by refreshing citrusy highlights. The finish shows elegant, lingering bitterness. Far from complex, but pleasing.

Malty taste with grass, bread, tropical fruit and a well balanced, grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, a touch of sweetness. Crisp, clean and tasty.
