Bottle 500ml.

Unclear hazy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, orange - citrus, peach - passion fruit, clove. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20111115]

A hazy golden weizen with a thin white head. Aroma of bananas, cloved, very classic. In mouth, a nice crisp beer, with light bananas, cloves, a bit oily mouthfeel.

It’s unclear warm golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of oranges, peach, yeast, wheat and light banana. The sweet flavor is slightly citrus-sour with notes of citrus, peach, yeast, wheat and the finish is spicy.

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, mid-sized foam, visible carbonation, bananey-clovey nose with a delicate wheaty background; moderate sweet-sourish - bitter,too - flavour, soft and almost medium bodied; sweetish-wheaty finish, delicate tart aftertaste. Good.......

Bottle: Wheat and lemon notes in aroma. Flavor is quite boring, some wheat and a light dry end.

Slightly acidic and stenchy citrus-fruity aroma with light wheaty notes and a touch of band aid. Moderately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty and moderately wheaty taste with notes of citrus, banana and a touch of cloves; slightly sour fruity finish with a light malty sweetness and a touch of clovy spices. 25.V.10

Bottle. Strong banana and clove aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow color with nice fluffy white head. Primarily clove and wheat malt flavor with lighter fruit notes. Moderate carbonation. An above average Hefe - very nice.

Draught. Weak but nice aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Nice banana flavour, well-balanced. High carbonation, yet soft mouthfeel. Low bitterness.
