Bottle: Golden, small stable white head; grainy and honeyish nose with a hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium-bodied, quite soft; grainy-grassy finish with a strawy touch. Quite O.K. .....

Aroma is rather light for a bock, Some sweetish malt and honey. Hazy brown. low off-white head. Aromatic hop finish. Quite fresh and pleasant to drink.

Heller Malzbeginn, der etwas trocken erscheint. Dann malziger und damit würziger, süffig, gelungen (wenig) süß. Holzig-hefige Noten im hinteren Bereich, weich bitterer Abgang. Nett! 9/9/10/9/10/9

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly unclear, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Bready pale malty aroma with hints of biscuits and herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Bready and biscuity malt-character with shy flowery and herbal hops towards the sweet-bitter finish with well-embedded alcoholic notes. Classical pale Bock. 15.VI.11

Bottle. Sweet malt and perfumed hop aroma. Dark golden, fine carbonation, off-white head. Quite sweet entry, light metallic bitterring hops, aromatic layered on top, dry grassy aftertaste. Chewy mellow mouthfeel. Comes together quite well.

Bottle. Sweet barley malt and mild astringent alcohol aroma. Clear golden yellow color with moderate head and mild effervescence. Very sweet barley malt and mildly bitter herbal hops flavor with a light astringent alcohol finish. Okay but very sweet.

Deep golden color, firm creamy white head. Bready, cereal aroma, some sweet malty notes. Sweetish malty, bready, some honey, not really alcoholic. Sweetish heller bock.
