Dark brown, thin head. Aroma is sweet and fudgey. Taste has an earthy, tobaccoey element, with a little stinging malt. Rich bitter finish. Intense. Good stuff.

Coffee cocoa vanilla roasty toasty, it really is delicious until the alcohol afterburner kicks in at the end and roughens up what, until then, was a beautiful smooth ride.

Big roasty malts on the nose. This beer sits on the boundary of being either a very large stout, or on the more restrained style of imperial. Not that any of this really matters as I believe this beer is about to sell out and we will not have ten people to review it. Sad panda.
