Bottle shared with the generous Jimthechap. Lovely afternoon that ended up with a misplacement of my notes. Now, here they are. This awas a spectacular coppery beer, terrific, with that aroma of Belgian sour fruits aging in the cellar. Flavour was sour. Damn sour. Apple sour. A nice extravagance.
