COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Bock bier was brewed using a traditional German brewing technique dating back thousands of years to the very roots of European brewing heritage. The Double Decoction mash process produces bier with incredibly rich and soft malty characters on the palette.This bier is complex and smooth with deep chocolate and coffee undertones, complementing the rich earthy bouquet.The perfect winter bier to warm the cockles.

Bottle c/- The Grandmaster. Bread dough and currents in the aroma. Quite a dark, murky brown/bronze colour. A bit doughy in the palate. Quite sweet too. Dark rich malts and a light woodiness but it’s just a bit icky and thin for mine....

Draught at the brewpub, a dark brown with an off-white foamy head. A sweetish malty aroma. A warming malt palate with caramal and decent alcohol presense. Just a but thin.
