sunevdj (1386), Copenhagen, Denmark Feb 17, 2008 On tap at Manakau festival. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a white diminishing head. Light sweetness with some bitterness. Light strawlike maltiness. Light, slightly grassy hoppiness with a citric hint. Light to medium bodied with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Dry finish. I had a feeling that this festivl cask had a hint of diacetyl. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 17, 2008 (On tap) Slightly hazy golden with a creamy, off-white head. Fresh, lightly citrusy aroma. Medium body with sweetish malt accents, light citrus and a dry, lightly bitter finish. A very fresh and quaffable APA with the citrus being a little downplayed. 080208 TheGrandMaster (1451), Auckland, New Zealand Nov 10, 2007 Draught at the brew pub, an amber colour with a large foamy white head. A good hoppy aroma with plenty of juicy fruits. The palate is enjoyably dry and bitter. There is some hints of lemony citrus, but overall lacks a bit of flavour in my opinion. HugoPotomus (8), New Zealand does not count May 20, 2007 Floral on the nose with some malt underlying.Tastes quite hoppy but well balanced. Not to bitter, smooth finish.I like it. beer_ledgend (796), Meadowbank Auckland, New Zealand Dec 9, 2006 Pale orange colour, not typical of APA, mild bitterness not to overpower floar hop taste.
