On tap at the brewery. The beer looks good, but not much foam. There’s nearly no aroma, a little note of lemon. Tastes malty-fruity, turns then dull-malty. Fruityness disappears completely in the end. Finish could be drier. Okay, but not amazing!

ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay - straw, toasted, fruity, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110707]

Hopfiger, etwas blumiger Antrunk mit rasch steigender Bitternote. So ist das Bier im Mittelteil schon fast nur noch bitter, der Hopfen bringt allerdings nochmal aromatische Noten hervor und wird dunkel und getreidig. Nachdem die Bitterkeit kurz vollständig herrscht, kehrt der Hopfen zurück und wird aromatischer und sehr frisch. Weiterhin herb. 12/10/9/9//9

Draft at the brewpub. A cloudy golden beer with a lazing white head - looks more like a Kellerbier than a Pils. The aroma has strong notes of malt combined with notes of straw. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of malt as well as medium notes of straw and light notes of citrus, leading to a dry malty and only slightly bitter finish.
