COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Avaialable in 500ml bottles and occasionally on draught. This is a medium/sweet cider with a smooth, full bodied flavour and has a slight sparkle!
Hallets Real Cider is produced by hand at Blaengawney Farm using a blend of cider apples. Hallets Real is made using both the traditional fermentation method, plus the addition of juice fermented using a rarely applied method called Keeving. This produces a sweet rich juice, which is then blended with the traditionally fermented juice from other varieties to produce a unique cider which has its own subtle texture and taste. Once blended it is matured, then bottled and stored for a minimum of 3 months, which allows a natural conditioning to occur. Once we have sampled the finished cider (well someone has to do it!) and we are happy it is ready we then release it from the cider house for you to enjoy.

Bottle from the Bristol Cider Shop. Deep gold in colour with slight carbonation. Big apple fruit aroma with a touch of sweetness. Flavour had plenty more fruit, with a honeyed edge, touch of wood and medium finish. Good.

Pours a clear and golden cider with a weak white head. The aroma is apples and acidity. The flavor follows the nose with additional sweetness and fruit. The palate is sweetness. Overall this is a good cider.

Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is red and green apple, sweet notes and light sulfur. Flavour follows the nose. Ends dry.

Botella. Nice clear golden colour. Very pleasant apple aroma with a bit of rubber. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is fresh and also very pleasant with plenty of apples,bit sourish in a good way, bit sweet and also dry. Nice.

Bottle.... sheared by Plovmand.. :) ... It pours clear golden with some bubbles on top head....The aroma is sweet, apples with some almond..... the flavor is apples, light sour..... The finish is dry.....

Bottle from Vinens Verden. Pours clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is dry apples, acid and light wood. The flavour jiucy and dry with notes of fresh apples and acid. Very fresh and quaffable.
