Halmstad Sommarlager är en ljus lättdrucken lageröl med en frisk ton av halländsk fläder. Rekommenderas till grillfesten en ljum sommarkväll eller som törstsläckare en het dag på stranden.

UPDATED: JAN 16, 2011 Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a decent white head. The aroma has some flowery notes, but is mostly fruity. Some pale malts and spicy hops too. A bit sweet in the flavor, even though it seems to be well attenuated. Medium body, nicely carbonated although a bit high. Generic fruityness, no fruit stands out. Flowery notes and a decent bitterness too. A bit sweet in the end, where the bitterness is left in the back. Overall, a decent beer with some nice qualities, but it’s too un-offensive and lacks a bit on quenching qualities. Not an ideal summer beer in my book. 101006

Light yellow colored with little white head. Fruity aroma with apple, still not too rich one. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is more hopped with same apple note, aftertaste is sweet still. Not too much anything here.
