COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle, 33cl - Clear pale yellow beer with a large white head. Aroma is fruity with hints of light malts, elderberry, some grass and citrus. Flavor is fruity with obvious notes of the elderberries that it says it has. Also hints of straw, grass and unripe metallic apples are there. Very refreshing carbonated drink, though the base beer in it doesn’t convince me.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Mostly diminishing, tall fluffy platina blond head. Brilliant, pale straw-yellow body. I’ve got a soft spot for elderflowers, but these, as they appear in the aroma, smell quite artificial and perfumed. Taste is on the dry side. Plain lagerish, weak malty and very mildly hopped. Elderflowers is less prononced in the flavor. Light-bodied and kind of diluted, with a certain crispness though. Short watered down finish with a sourish twist. Too thin to be a decent lager.

Yellow color with a fizzy white head. Quite weak malty vegetable aroma. Flavor is macro malty with some sour bitterness.

Botten!

Almost like an int. lager but not as malty. Lighter palate and has this elder touch to it. I guess the brewer thought the elder should make it more a summer beer... I don´t know about that...

Bottle. Pours golden with a small white head. Notes of hay, and metal in aroma. Dirty. Malty taste with some fresh hop notes. Don’t like the metal notes and the adjunctness(hehe) though. Really strange and unclean brew.
