On tap @ European Beerfestival 2008. Pours a clear pale yellow. Hint of bog myrtle in the smell. Moslty dry. Malty with a nice fruity hoppyness. Medium bodied. Low carbonation. Well balanced. To me it tastes a bit like a kellerbier... Good.

Had this during the Backwoods Brewdown up at Hill Farmstead. Chamomile and honey, sweet wheat. Zesty and spicy. Tangy chamomile and wheat. Very nice. Light bitterness on the finish.

50cl bottle from a friend. Best before 2010-01-09. No batch info. It poured a rather pale yellow, almost transparent colour with a huge white foamy head that settled down fast in the glass leaving a thin white roof. It has a nice and alluring aroma, notes of spices, hops and yeast. The flavour is also spicy with notes of hops, grass and hints of honey. At first I was a bit sceptical based on the appearance, but the flavour is much better than the looks alone would seem to suggest.

Light yellow colored with little white head, cloudy appearance. Nice sun-flowery and grassy hopped aroma with thin spices and lemon. Medium bodied. Flavor is also nicely hopped with same sun-flowery tone dominating, aftertaste dries with some sweet flowers still lasting. Good beer.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a chalk white head. Camomille spiced aroma. Flavour is mild spiced and towards dry. Shows a nice camomille spice note complimenting the hops nicely. Dry and bitter finish with a persisting camomille flavour.

Bottle, bought @ Bjergtrolden, Roskilde.
Pours hazy, pale golden with a firm, creamy, white head. Fine duration. Aroma has ginger, camomille and light oranges. Fine, light mouthfeel. Flavour is nicely spicy, very dry. Good camomille and hops finish. Long, lingering camomille flavour. Extremely refreshing on a hot thundery day.

Draught at KØ10. Mild dusty aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is malty with a subtle spice note. A little dusty as well.
