2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 madsberg (7570) - Søborg, - JUN 28, 2008
Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Light off white head. Citric and sour aroma. Is it infected?. Flavour of spice, citrus and herbs. Medium to thin bodied. Sweetish end with a dry sourness in the background.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass golden, modest turbid, small head. Aroma of camomile. Starts the same, spicy with notes of cammomile. Then much more dry, less spicy, a bit unbalanced. Strange.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 humlelala (401) - DENMARK - JUN 13, 2011
(50 cl bottle from Knud Bahr) Pours a hazy golden with tall, white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of malt with a whiff of yeast. Hits the palate as a medium-bodied, softly carbonated brew with an oily texture. Taste is mostly bitter but with a detectable malt base. The aftertaste is bitter and stays in the mouth for some time.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 JanLaursen (1121) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 26, 2011
Beautiful golden color with white foam. Floral aromas of chamomile and honey in the nose - as well as wheat, some citrus-like notes and hops. In the mouth there is nice balance between light sweetness and a nice hop bitterness. Impressions of freshly baked bread and American hops. Light body. Refreshing and sunny.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Nickls (1346) - SE DC, Washington DC, USA - APR 22, 2011
Bottle, thanks to skinnyviking! Hazy straw yellow, thin white head. Grass, hay, hops, and flowers in the aroma. Chamomille really dominates the flavor though, and might be a bit much for me. Not too sweet, which was nice. Slick, lighter body. Interesting, but not one to revisit.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 ClubGonzo (1984) - Bergen, NORWAY - NOV 25, 2010
Bottle from Høkeren, Copenhagen. Hazy, straw/honey-colored body with a big, pillowy head. Aroma is pale malts, some sour-ish herbal notes, hints of honey and chamomile. A bit faint, leaving me with the expectation that this is gonna be another one of those "beers-brewed-with-something-you-can’t-really But no. This one does taste quite a bit. Mostly, very unusual tastes; I have never tasted anything like it, at least. Flowery, sweet hops, herbs, spices and chamomile with hints of honey. Highly original and a well-made brew, though not entirely to my liking. That is: a glass is fine, but I’m glad I shared this half liter bottle with two others...

Had this during the Backwoods Brewdown up at Hill Farmstead. Chamomile and honey, sweet wheat. Zesty and spicy. Tangy chamomile and wheat. Very nice. Light bitterness on the finish.
