++Bottled at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen.++ Cloudy dark brown. Aroma of strawberry and caramel. Tart and fruity with cranberry and lemon, toffee and rowanberry. Medium bodied with low bitterness.

Pours a hazy reddish brown with a tanned head. Smells of metal and cherries. Some sweetness. Fruity aromas of cherries. Some vinegar. Kinda light bodied. Soft-almost no carbonation.

Draught at Københavns Øldage 2009, Valby. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty yeasty aroma with hints of dried frut and cherry. Sweet malty nutty flavor with hints of cherry. Has a sweetish malty nutty finish.

Brought to the rating table by faroeviking, thanks. Hazy amber. No head. Sweet dried fruits and nutty malts to the nose. Cherry-like taste with a touch of almond and sweet malts. Short ending of bitter fruits. Alright, but not that well balanced (CBF, 16.05.2009).

CBF09. From tap. Pours hazy dark orange with a slight dark orange head. Dry malty and yeasty aroma. Sweet and metallic fruity hops too. Sweet and malty bitter hoppy flavoured too. Smooth and bitter into the far finish.

Draught at KØ09. Mild fruit aroma. Sweet flavour, some fruit. Nasty metal blood aftertaste.

Draught. Hazy deep amber colour. Sweet aroma of caramel, toasty malt and fruits. Quite sweet caramel malty flavour with fruits and something nutty. Nitter sweet finish. Rather too sweet.

Draught. Low white fluffy and quickly disappearing head. Hazy dark brown body. Mild barley malt caramel aroma. Sweet caramel barley malt flavor with cherries and little hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Long sweet aftertaste.

CBF09. Draught. Frothy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Dark red-amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Porse and chery notes. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Et spændende projekt, desværre er den lidt sur i smagen, dette må skyldes kirsebær. men en øl som der er en god base i at udvikle.

Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Unclear medium amber color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry, very sweety, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet and sour with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is soft. [130908]
