UPDATED: SEP 30, 2008 Draught Red-amber; yellow head, fast gone. Nose tells of the bog myrtle, resiny, caramel. Resiny flavour, myrica gale, but little to support it. Not much going on. Beer presents itself spritzy and equally empty. Very average beer with a very nice spicing.

Pours a clear amber with a beige head. Sweet with aromas of honey. Also aromas of rugbrød and bog myrtle. Very soft carbonation. Medium bodied.

Nose of sunflower, sweet malt and cilantro, medium feel and mediumstrong carb, taste of dry, sweet malt, late salt and a hint of alcohol.

Bottle 500ml.Pours amber with an off-white head.Aroma grapefruit ,spice and generic fruitiness.Flavor is caramel malt with herbal and resin notes.Medium body,lively carbonation.Nice hoppy beer but it lacks some bitterness.

Bottle, as August. This is a slightly hazy beer, dark golden in color and topped by a finger thick beige to off-white head. Notes of myrica gale in the aroma which is fruity and slightly citrusy and with some caramel. The flavor too has some citrus, along with caramel, white sugar and a herbal touch. Some bitterness in the finish. A quite nice one, nothing more. Like the hop profile though. 100108

Bottle. Pale amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, floral. Flavour is sweet, yeast, sugar, malt, hop, fruit, floral. OK beer.

Bottled. as August. Amber coloured. Hazy. Dense light beige head. Aroma of flowers, caramel, bog-myrtle, herbs. Flavour of full of bog-myrtle, fruits, spice, caramel and berries. Medium bodied. Dry herbal sweetness in the end. Thx Papsoe for providing this.

Comes as August. It’s hazy, red-golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit and bog myrtle. The flavor is rather sweet with notes of malt, fruit, a touch of alcohol and very clear bog myrtle. The combination of the soft wheat and the clear bog myrtle makes this a very interesting brew.

DØE Valby 09. Pours amber with a beige head. Aroma is weak, light caramel, almost no hop. Flavour is sweet caramel, light hop, and medium porse.

Draught at Københavns Øldage 2009, Valby. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty caramel and spicy bogmyrtle aroma. Sweetish malty caramel flavor with some spicy hints. Has a sweetish malty spicy finish.
