The color is golden yellow with a slightly darker glow than usual and light haze in the beer which probably (hopefully) because it is unfiltered. The foam is rough and lather very start, but settles for a short time to a beautiful persistent foam around ½ cm. The aroma is pleasant hoppy with light floral notes. It has light malt notes with floral touch of flavor. Then hop bitterness is soft and rounded with a slightly sharp tone in the final. It can certainly be recommended.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2014 (New rating on December 26th; 50 cl bottle from Knud Bahr; Batch #866A; BBD: February 1st 2015) Poured into a Brøckhouse pilsener glass. Reveals a hazy golden body with ample white head that recedes to retain one finger foamy head for quite a while. Some lace. Aroma is pilsener-like with notes of grass, hay and biscuit malt. Oily texture, lively carbonation, light to medium body and a short, slightly bitter finish. Flavour is slightly weird. It has a lot of grass. Some chalk. The malt is hard to detect. Compared to my previous experience of this beer the aroma is certainly much better but the flavour seems a bit unbalanced? (Original rating dated March 26th 2013: Sample on tap @ the brewery) Pours a slightly hazy golden with medium white head and lively carbonation. Good lace and decent retention as well as regeneration. Aroma is a subdued noble hop with a bit of dusty grain. Oily palate with an upfront mild bitterness which lasts throughout. Light body with a slightly dry finish. The taste manages to balance the bitterness well with some sweetness without losing the freshness or drinkability. Overall though I’d say there is too much grain and slight banana character in the taste to make it a truly impressive experience. Girlfriend says "It’s somewhat bitter." Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild-hoppy, a bit grasy, more and more moldy. Finish milder, still mody, some lemon hints. Okay.

(Draught at Ölbaren, Copenhagen, 17 Feb 2012) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of tropical fruit, bread, grass and a sugary sweetness. Malty, fruity taste with tropical fruit, white bread, sugar and grassy hops in a finish with a moderate bitterness. Medium body, quite sweet. Too much sugar and too little hops. Drinkable.
