Nix, väldigt anonym men ändå en hygglig smak. Bättre än mainstreamblasket i alla fall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

300 ml bottle, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 6.5% I found this bottle sitting alone on the shelf at the beer shop, gathering dust, so I picked it up, to give it a home. Very deep orange-brown colour on the body, with huge chunks of yeast floating in it, in spite of my careful pour. One thin line of foam, with low retention. Weird aroma of old goat cheese, but not very offending, possibly because it is being overpowered by a honey aroma. Lots of yeast on the aroma as well. Taste is sweet sour, brings into mind some dark fruits. No trace of vanilla although it is mentioned on the ingredients. As a matter of fact, besides the fruity sourness, I canít seem to notice anything else, maybe a very faint honey taste on the background. Medium body, light carbonation. One of those beers where you like but there is something off about and you canít tell exactly what.

Bottle shared. Pours hazy amber brown with a small off white head. Aroma of fruit, caramel and garbage. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not great.

Countbeer (4390) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - OCT 2, 2012
Bottle: Vast creamy white thick head which changes very slow into a thick white lacing on top of a hazy amber orange colored beer. Smell barley malts, hint of orange, caramelised orange and sugars while itís not sweet, hops, citrus, some dust, earth and a hint of milk. Taste is nicely balanced barleys, barley malts, some smooth orange, caramel, citrus, cream, some honey, some bitterness (more bitter than sweet but nothing too bitter), grass, herbs and some flowers. Aftertaste is some light tones of barleys, hops, hay, grass and some honey. Low to medium carbo, soft mouthfeel, good medium body and a light creamy texture. Pretty good beer, lovely orange honey hop aromaís and flavours. But after a while some irritating malty flavours come through. Also there is no complexity to be found in this beer. Can imagine fresh from the cask thisíll be even more tasty.

Bottle. The aroma is a little bit sweet. The small white fizzy head has a normal duration, the body is red. A light fruity taste. The finish is very dry and quite bitter. The body is light, very dry with a normal carbonation.

Benzai (8127) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - AUG 20, 2011
Bottle @ Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Decent beer though not much to tell about it. Copper color, low carbo and body. Nothing really special, nothing really wrong, just decent.
