25cl bottle at home. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Medium sweetness with some sour and bitter tones. Banana, vanilla, citrus and herbs. An ok brew, but nothing special.

Dutch witbier spiced with the usual coriander and curaçao; remarkably pale yellow colour, weakish aroma, some wheat sourishness and subdued fruitiness, subtle spices; tastes a lot thinner than usual for the style, if not watery, weak spices and wheat sourishness again. Even thinner than that Witte Trappist from La Trappe.

Opvallend veel water in dit bier. Een tsunami aan watersmaken die strijden om de aandacht. http://youtu.be/nljwz_KQzNE

Bottle. Pours a clear golden beer with thin white head on top. Slight hazy, some yeast sediment on the bottom. Aroma is lemon, citric and fruity yeast. Really fresh. Flavor is light sweet, very yeasty and slightly artificial. Some lemon in there, misses some herbal touches tough. Quite OK, rather boring still.

Aroma of wheat, fruits, lemon and some spices. Flavour is similar. Simply a nice but unremarkable Belgian White.

Standard witbier. Body of wheat, with smooth taste of herbs and some fruits.

This is a bit too watery and mild for my taste. Has some subtle citrus and wheat flavors, though.

a little watery but it has flavor. It just isn’t as balanced as you would like. If only there was more done with the citrussy/fruit flavors it would have been a pretty good beer.

Pours a nice golden pale beer with a good white head. Smells a bit like white grapes and lemon. Tastes a bit banana. Little sweetness. Low carbo and thin body. Watery texture.
