3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
The beer has the beautiful witbier appearance. The beer has a pale yellow color, with a greenish hint. There is a little layer of white soft foam. The smell is delicious. It has the witbier appearance. The beer has a very herbal smell. I smell coriander. There is also a little pepper. This pepper comes back in the taste, just like the coriander. The taste is very herbal and very nice. A very unique witbier, like no other. Very good.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 11/20
Dutch witbier spiced with the usual coriander and curaçao; remarkably pale yellow colour, weakish aroma, some wheat sourishness and subdued fruitiness, subtle spices; tastes a lot thinner than usual for the style, if not watery, weak spices and wheat sourishness again. Even thinner than that Witte Trappist from La Trappe.

Opvallend veel water in dit bier. Een tsunami aan watersmaken die strijden om de aandacht.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pours a clear golden beer with thin white head on top. Slight hazy, some yeast sediment on the bottom. Aroma is lemon, citric and fruity yeast. Really fresh. Flavor is light sweet, very yeasty and slightly artificial. Some lemon in there, misses some herbal touches tough. Quite OK, rather boring still.

Aroma of wheat, fruits, lemon and some spices. Flavour is similar. Simply a nice but unremarkable Belgian White.
