Bottle courtesy Jacob one of my students. Creamy off-white almost lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and fruuity aroma. Moderate bitter roasted flavor. Chocolate notes. Moderate bitter nice fruity finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. The smell of fresh bread, malt and brown sugar. The head is brown, large and creamy with a normal duration. The body is nearly black. The taste is malty and light sweet. The body is medium strong, creamy and with a rather lively carbonation.

From tap. Purs almost cleat deep amber with a diminished off white head. Aroma is dry and breadish aroma, mild spiced. Dry and fruity flavoured with a mild sweetness. Light chemical note to this. Light malty into the finish. Smooth and easy.

Tap @ BBF ’08. Clear dark brown beer, beige head. Aroma of caramel, malts, rye. Flavour of rye, caramel, soft and sweet roasted malts. Medium bodied. More like a dubbel, rather sweet, but nice nevertheless.

A clear red/brown colored beer. A nice beige foamy head, with small bubbles. An aroma of roasted malts, and fruits like prune. tasting is a little bitter with chocolate touche and drop (Dutch). A little spicey in the back. A good bock beer.
