Bottle. Having friends with gluten and wheat allergy, I was happy to find the GFA and GFL which enabled them to enjoy a beer with us. For them it was fantastic to be able to share and experience something different then the usual dull mass produced beer with nothing that resembles malt. Large light brown creamy head that mostly lasted. Good display of thick lacework. Clear sparkling body with a dark amber color. Aroma of sweet malt and fruit, brown sugar, nutty and caramel, some spice and yeast. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet fruity flavor with a hint of bitterness. Fruity sweet finish. Nothing spectacular and very different to a regular Bitter, but still quit nice and drinkable I thought. Especially if you have allergy!

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with an off-white head. Mild citrusy hoppy aroma. Flavour is mild sweet citrus fruity. Very delicate hops flavour with a vague maltbase (obviously) but it seems in balance somehow. Mild sweet finish with a growing dry- and bitterness.

An amber beer with a nice light brown head. The aroma is very yeasty and spicy - should almost think it was Belgian. The flavor is very sweet - almost like candy, but with a nice acidity to it - something like a grapefruit caramel - if that exist. It also has a toffeeness to it, the mouthfeel is smooth, but it dies quickly on the palate.

A gluten and wheat free beer - very interesting. Pours a clear redbrown body with a thin off-white head. Aroma is sweet of brown sugar, toffee and spices with a touch of chocolate cake. Quite full and pretty nice. Flavor is also sweet with hints of hops and cookies and some fruity and sugary notes also. Very different from a "normal" beer but interesting and actually all right.

Bronze appearance.Sweetness that hits you as soon as you start sipping. Thick texture-if I ever drink glue full of sugar this is what it would probably taste like. The first beer I have tried from this brewery-its got to get better.

500ml bottle. Tangy bittering hops with some American citric aroma hops - tasting slightly staled. Fizzy carbonation. Fullish, slightly sticky mouthfeel. Sweetish malt with some fruit notes, leaning toward the darker end of the malt spectrum. Quite bready and malty. Dark sugar and molasses. There’s much about this that is very similar to a typical British bottled beer. There are stale notes, and there’s an aged feel about the whole thing. The American citric hops add a slightly modern edge, but not much. Overall, it certainly tastes like a beer, and you wouldn’t know it was gluten free. it’s not great, but it’s not half bad.
