Bottle. Again, having friends with allergy, make you open to this kind of beer. As they never can experience the more interesting styles of beer, you really appreciate that you are actually able to drink the good stuff. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Clear flat body with a pale yellow color. Spar lacework. Aroma of light sweet hops, elderflower, floral, grassy notes. Light sweet malty notes, caramel, grain, cookie like. Hint of citrus. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Flavor was balanced between light bitter and sweet notes with a hint of acidic. Light dry and bitter finish.

Bottle. Clear blond and very sweet. In fact the sweetness is overpowering. This sweetness lingers well after drinking. Aimed at a specialist market but one I definitely wouldn’t try again.
