Cask at the Wharf. Weakly spicy aroma. Clear chestnut colour. Refreshing teaish flavour, sourish with some cardboard. Some hoppiness which is also teaish and fruity.

Cask (handpump), Duck & Drake, Leeds, October 2006. Darkish amber colour with a thin white head. Toasty malt dominates, accompanied by undercurrents of soft berry fruit. Enough bitterness to provide a decent counterpoint. Solid stuff.

Cask at Charlies. Amber coloured. Malty and fruity aroma. Sweetish flavour of berries with a slightly bitter and hoppy finish. Decent bitter.

[Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen] A hazy amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is light with a sweet malty base on which light notes of berries appears. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of berries, leading to a dry bitter end.
