Cask at Bricklayers Arms Yorskhire Festival 09. Started well. It’s a decent bitter, nice sweetness. Gold colour, no real head. Good herb, nice earthy malts, bit woody, solid.

A Mes rate: gravicask at the Bricklayers Arms.
Mid gold with a thin white film on top. Very cakey malt with some faint marzipan and that combination reminds me a great deal of battenburg. Nice dusty bitter finish with some late lemon notes. Decent stuff.
