COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The crisp citrus flavor is derived from an abundance of preimum Cascade hops. Dry-hopping after primary fermentation allows the full aroma and flavor of the Cascades to be captured, yet it’s not too heavy.

Draft on tap at Hamburger Mary’s (Chicago, IL). Pours a nice well hazed orange amber hue, good fiery sunset glow on the edges with a frothy decent sized head that dies to a solid film, laces ok. Aromas are touches of lemons and oranges, bready malts, pale malts, touches of grass and florals. Initial is crisp and decent citrusy kicks. Melange of lemon, orange, and grapefruit move into toasty malts, biscuits, and bread. Touches of thicker toffee, a touch of peanuts. Into the finish it’s dry and floral, lingering citrus, sweet malts and toast are a bit strong for me muddling this a bit. Ok pale, a bit bland overall.

draft. aroma is cabbage like bizarre vegetative/hop flavor (not DMS). lightly salty as well. appearance is very hazy orange with oil slick head and nil carb. flavor is sugary asparagus, similar to a hop engine/randall beer. devoid of malt in flavor but wet graininess begins to show in aroma in time. occassional peach blast at finish. flavor and aroma evolve to something so strange i cannot verbalize it but at least bitterness is good in wet end.
