Gluten free. Brewed with rice and sorghum, this golden ale has hints of chamomille, elderflower and orange peel.

On tap at GABF 2011, served to me by Papst Schmere. Pours a copper color with a small white head. This beer like many other gluten free beers comes across and odd, somewhat funky, some light spices, very sweet, sorghum seems to me to taste a bit like sweet glue. A light carbonation. Sweet throughout and decent.
