courtesy of Hugo Gutknecht - cloudy orange colour with a long and firm white head; complex and interesting aroma of banana, earth, grapefruit and cloves; medium malt body and with a solid carbonation; the finish is effervescent and earthy with hints of banana, corn and undefined spices - a very good weizen
