Why is it every macro has something on the label touting its impeccable quality? ’Brewed in true family tradition from purest water and choicest barley malt, grain and hops.’ Uh oh! I’m tasting corn and the can among the watery blandness. Something nice: it’s drinkable.

If I drink this beer, will I get to meet Mia Hamm? No? Okay, well, then I guess I’ll just buy Schaefer.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2005 Hamm’s is an old classic. It’s perfect for barbeques, watching football, hot summer days, etc. Pay your 9 bucks a case and toss ’em into a cooler full of ice. It’s better than Bud or Miller, and half the price!

A VERY light American lager; in the Coors category. Its definite downside is it maintains a subtle musty, stale aroma and taste. Reminds me of a lighter version of Schlitz.

An average domestic beer. Nothing special about this, but it gets my respect because it gets it done.

UPDATED: FEB 6, 2003 It almost tasted fruity, but the thing is, I don't think it is suppose to.

For some reason, I expected this to be reasonably good beer. Something about the ’land of the sky blue waters’ thing. Anyway, it’s not, in fact, I think it’s subpar even among macrobrews.

A very average beer, but better than many domestic lagers. Smooth and refreshing. Gets points for old-school can.
