Can, thanks to Atom.Pours a light golden with huge white head. 2 fingers. Aroma is malt and skunk. Taste, more malt, corn, slight skunk and some water. Overall, this is nothing special and definitely no PBR.

12oz can, big thanks to brainforest for this one. Can dated Jun2915. Poured into a (rinsed) snifter that I just drank a Bells Saturn out of. Totally clear golden color. Thin white head. Some lace. Bread, corn in the nose. Wet bread in the flavor. Some macro-metallic twinge. Taste is moderate sweet, light to moderate bitter, some bit to it, touch of sour. Lighter to medium body. Kind of soft, moderate strength rougher tingly carbonation. Still, though, drinkable enough to sip on while bullshitting. Refreshing, in a harshly carbonated water kind of way. Ay, bets Bud I say.

From college memories...all bad. Beer flavored water. Refreshing when cold, and not much else.

Can: It does not get much worse than this. If you are holding a can of Hamm’s, you may need to take a step back & re-evaluate your priorities in life. My local liquor store sells a thirty (30) pack of cans for 12.99 out the door. THIRTEEN DOLLARS for THIRTY cans of this boost juice. This comes out to 43 cents per can... That is cheaper than most places sell bottled water for. I literally cannot fathom how Miller/Coors makes money on this product. Hell, maybe they don’t. Unless you plan on waking up & taking the walk of shame, there’s no reason to have this in your life. You are better than this. I promise. There is hope for you yet.

I don’t know if it’s the frugal side of me that sees a little more appeal in this than a PBR, but I thought this was a standout as far as cheap beer goes. Not bad at all. I’d have to have it side-by-side with PBR to know for sure, but it’s pretty decent.

A pretty terrible beer all around. Corn, weird sweetness, nasty aftertaste. Just as bad as the big name macro crap.

My first experience with this was in the late 70s while I was in Panama. It was the cheapest beer around and all of the local San Blas Indian workers on base drank it. I tried it and hated the taste. It felt like drinking a can of yeast flavored water. Even ice cold it was intolerable to drink. I actually thought it was a local beer until I read the label. I didn’t believe that something this bad was actually made in the US.

One of the better of the cheap beers. Malty and Pilsner malt flavored. Dry finish. Pours light yellow with a white head. Ha a can at timber lanes ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Well I guess it scores high in bang for the buck. You can get a 30 pack of these for the same price as a three Floyd’s bomber in the store. Watery with a sweet macro lager finish. Actually more tolerable than the other macros.

"it’s starting to get relly hard to differentiate between all these nasty pale lagers. This one was slighlty more bearable than some others. Not exactly a ringing endorsement."
