Félbarna, testes és intenzíven komlózott szűretlen hopláger. Színe a hosszas forralásnak és egy kevéske karamell-malátának köszönhető. Íze gyümölcsösen édeskés!Összeségében nagyon egyben van ez a sör!!! Engem meggyőzött!;)

swing top bottle 500ml. -from Sörspecialista.hu, Budapest. Darker amber coloured, small pale beige head, slightly acidic dog food in the nose. Sweet malty, dried fruits, light dog food and something unpleasant that remindes me on cheese. Hint of alcohol also. Didn’t like it too much.

Hah, thanks to Ogi I get to go back to the top among the raters of this brewery. Poured a murky amber-brown body with a small off white head. Sourish yeasty malty aroma, dusty, stale saliva, dogfood. And yet I gave it a 6 in the aroma department, so I guess the maltiness won in the end. Mild dogfood maltiness in the taste, light & dry. The alcohol was really well hidden, though heavy insisted that he could smell it, possibly because he didn’t get a yeast shot like Ogi & me - light at most for us, very light peachy notes, some... umm.. butter? Cute chalky-rosey notes. Dunno. Ordinary dopplebock really, slightly marred by somewhat stale yeastiness. You can get worse.

.5l swing-top picked up at Only Good Beer in Budapest. Cola appearance, sweet caramel. Dark brown pour, ruddy. smooth and on dry side of a 7.0 doppel. Raisons, red fruit, pijaca funkiness. Pretty nice

Light brown coloured beer with big, off-white head. Aroma is fruity, dried fruity with notes of banana, vanilla and alchohol. Flavor is rich and malty with notes of dried fruits, milk chocolate, banana, raisin. Medium full bodied; texture is absolutely oily, carbonation is moderately-low. The aftertaste is long and dry but also sweet. So it’s a very good one from Sörapu’s brewery.

Bottled. Cloudy reddish brown in colour with a lasting caramel head. Very strong aroma and taste. Dryed fruity, toffy, malty aroma, molasses and vanilia, figs, herbs, dry and slightly bitter aftertaste and alcohol. Medium carbonated. Fine, true doppelbock beer.

0.5l bottle. Dark orange/amber body, light beige head. Aroma of reisins, figs, caramel, orange and some piny hoppyness. Orange zest, caramel and grassy/piny hoppyness in the flavor. Caramelly, roasty aftertaste. Awesome.

Bottled. Unclear reddish brown in colour with a compact and lasting yellowish head on its top. Fruity, heavy malty nose and aroma with toffee, molasses and dried fruits underpainted by alcohol. Sweetbitter and distinct alcoholy finish with toast and herbs. Strong (in a good sense) and tasty, very enjoyable.

csakajosor.hu Ködös, opálos, egészen sötét vörösessárga színe van, aminek a tetejét egy tojáshéj színű, termetes hab díszíti, ami elég gyorsan összeesik, egy vékony lepedőt hagyva maga után. Illata karamellás, mézes, aszalt déligyümölcsös, vaníliás, malátás és likőrös. Az íze is hasonló, viszont ott kijön a komló gyantássága, keserűje, egy kis füge, édesebb pipadohány és alkohol is. Elég testes és moderáltan szénsavas. Utóíze keserédes és picit száraz. Bátran odalehetne tenni a legtöbb híres német rivális mellé, nem vallana szégyent közöttük.

Tastes of raisins with a hint of alcohol. Very strong aroma. Great beer, strong alcohol, solid throughout.
