Great russian beer! One of the best russian beers I’ve ever tried. Hops and malt are balanced, bitter and sweet. Definitely should be recommended for anybody. Bravo, MPK!

0.5L bottle. Moldy wood aroma. Taste is mainly woody. Light malt, yeast on middle. I like only nice bitter finish. Otherwise this beer does not be drinkable.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
500ml bottle from supermarket in Vyborg, cool bottle, clear gold colour, small rocky white head. Aroma is somewhare between floral and perfumy, with some bread and grass and a hint of citrus. Taste is slightly on the bitter side, bitter finish, medium body and carbonation. Fairly refreshing and not bad aside for the somewhat chemical first impression on the aroma and a bit too low bitterness for a pils, drinkable anyway

50cl bottle. Bottled in the end of May 2013. Floral hops in aroma, and a feeling of a haystack. Pale yellow, clear pour with close to creamy head (poured upside-down in to a thin footed pilsner glass). Beautiful pilsener. Lightly bitter for a pilsener, slightly tangy and rather thin. Medium pilsener body, papery texture, lively carbonation *(continued for more then 15 min) and a soft cardboard finish. I know why fellows from TLL rated this beer so low - previous brew was crap. This spring brew is much more nicer. I had 4 bottles over the week, and I am enjoying it. Simple, watery pilsener. Sometimes it is good to let your taste buds rest from hoppy overkills.

Bottle. Very pale yellow color, soapy foam. Sweet aroma. Taste was little bit fruity, after some artificial hoppy tones. Aftertaste was medium bitter

500ml bottle - shared by Marduk - thanks!
Horrible corny aroma. DIsasterous taste. Sweet and corny. Best thing about this is the bottle, a nice conical design. Finish is so plastic. This truly is a horror to have in the mouth. DP.

The aroma is ordinary, even reminds me the old beerhouses from the Soviet Union days. The taste is normal pilsner taste with a little bit more piney and hoppy taste then usual europilsners that come from big factories. From Khamovniki beers I tasted the weakest one.
