33 cl bottle. No yeast in bottom. Golden colour with a fizzy weak head. Smooth hoppy aroma. Also smooth flavour than have a pleasant finish. But overall very common.

Cereal malt graininess with a lightly citrus-lemon tone to the aroma. Clear golden blonde with a low white head that recedes to ring. Grainy, sweet cereal malt flavour with some herbal and lightly spicy hops apparent and fair finishing bitterness. Light body with somewhat watery texture and sharp, pointy carbonation. Sampled on tap at Charlie’s Bar in Copenhagen.

A yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is quite hoppy but also with notes of corn, and hints of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of corn and malt, leading to a dry hoppy end. Get the corn out of my beer.

A yellow beer with a beutiful head. The aroma is sour because of the brewing cereal used - not very inviting. The flavor is dominated by the taste of the brewing cereal and ends off quite weak before the nice bitterness sets in. An OK beer but nothing more than that.

Tap@Gendarmen Kiosk, Copenhagen. Drinkable pils, in the malty Danish style. Sweetish, with some lightly grassy hops, drinkable, but unexciting.

Disappearing white head, clear golden body. Penetrating maize aroma with weak hoppy hints. Maize flavor as well with some grassy tones and a sweet sugary note. Metallic hints in there also. A thin, uninteresting and way overrated beer imo!
Earlier Rating: 6/11/2005 Total Score: 1.8
Fluffy snow white head, clear golden body. Grassy and hoppy aroma with metallic hints and tones of vegetables. Mild bitter hoppy flavor with malty and flowery notes. Ordinary, not bad, just not good either.

Bottled. Clear pale golden. Sweetish, unpleasant sugary aroma. Slight sweetish in flavour, still quite clean and not totally awful. No bitterness.

Bottle. Pale golden colour with a white head. Dryish hoppy aroma with cereals. Flavour is slightly bitter with notes of apple and faint grainy notes.

Draught (served by some cute chick at a stall in the middle of a street in Copenhagen): Clean malty nose with some grassy hop notes. Light yellow in colour, high carb white head. Clean lager malt start, with a slightly metallic bitter finish. Thin though refreshing. Ok.

On tap at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. I’m with Rigk (below) in believing this to be the 5% unfiltered Pils I sampled at Charlie’s. Cream aroma. Jammy dodger flavour to a point, then malted milk biscuit. Crisp to start, then s smooth, lingering finish. Quite good.
