Oct 23, 2006 MWBF 2006. I was pleasantly surprised here. I tried it expecting the typical, a crappy overly sweet concoction, especially as I haven’t been that impressed with their beers so far. Well to my surprise this is probably the best "cherry wheat" I’ve ever tried! It was a real homebrewer’s attempt at the "style" and came across with integrity. It had a pleasing mild cherry aroma and flavor, mildly sweet with a light sourness that helped cut. Smooth and natural carbonation. Cloudy amber color.
