3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 deyholla (4789) - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA - FEB 23, 2013
Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains with a bit of grass and a touch of light fruit. Flavor starts similar with sweet grains and a bit of hay with some grass coming out in the finish.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 unclemike (1893) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - NOV 18, 2011
Pours a light golden color with a white head. Aroma is light of wheat, grassiness, and some slight floral hops. Flavor is a little stronger then I expected with wheat, grass, and floral hop

Tap at Midwest Brewfest, Wichita, KS. Pours an average amber with a nose of sweet malt. Flavor is watery malt settled atop a watery base. I blame Canada for this stuff.

Faint lemony lager aroma. Yellow and hazy. Big lemony bite, some phenols, like lemon pledge. Soft palate.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 heemer77 (5013) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - FEB 20, 2006
UPDATED: MAR 5, 2006 Yes, this is an ale. The owner told me that it was a lager style ale. It has the malt and hops of a pale lager, but with ale yeast and fermented at ale temperatures. The body was dark yellow with a thin white head. The aroma was sweet ginger with carrots and celery. The taste had some carrots, and was spicy with a little bit of ginger. Smooth and interesting.
