Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, grain, hay, straw, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100821]

Draft. A dark golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt as well as hints of flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt andstraw as well as a touch of caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw and light notes malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hay, and flowery hops, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear yellow and with a small, lacing and white head. Aroma is crisp grassy and mild malty. Mild citrusy, grassy and subdued herbal. Mixed sweet malty and bitter hoppy. Lingering fruity and mild citric finish. Nice and easy. very clean. Likely the same as the bottled bier brewed at Göller.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy and grassy, Crisp grassy hoppy, light cardboard and flat malty. Sweet malty and mild grassy finish.

On tap. Clear golden with a dense white head leaving laces. The aroma is malty with a whiff of caramel. Medium body, sweet clean malts and a dry and hoppy finish. Well made. 190810

Bottle 50 cl. Clear pale yellow with a white head. Very flowery hops in the nose. Medium body, sweet malts, again flowery - almost perfumy - hops. Dry hoppy finish. Very clean and well crafted. 210810

Bottled, thanks baggio! Clear pale yellow. Grassy nose. Dry and fairly soft with lots of grassy spicy hops and light-medium body. Long grassy bitterness. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Malty aroma of caramel and hops. Malty flavour of hay, grass and hops. Dry hoppy finish.

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Aroma had malt and grassy hops. Dry flavor with grassy hops and malty notes. Finished dry and bitter.

Draught@brewpub. Golden color, small steady white creamy head. Sweet wort malty aroma with some lemony hops. Flavor is similar sweet malty with some lemony hops and lemon peel.
