Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and malt as well as a lighter note of bananas. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of wheat, but also a lighter note of cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light.

Bottled, thanks baggio! Cloudy golden, brief head. Mild banana aroma. Fruity and mid sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel and nedium body. Feels a bit bold and blown up, more fruity than phenolic.

Cloudy yellow to orange color, lasting white head. Sweet and banana estery scent. Sweet, some citrus, spices - a bit of clove, banana taste. Sort of moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Cream and fruity aftertaste.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a creamy, dense and white head. Aroma is fruity, mild acidic and estery. Estery, plastic and wheaty. Mild acidic and yet smooth finish. Ends medium dry.

On tap. Pours cloudy and almost opaque with a dense white head. The nose has a little mash - and yeast of course. Medium body, a little sweet fruit but not distinctly banana. The finish is dry with actually a little hops. One of the drier Hefes. 190810
