En hvedeøl, uden de klassiske sydtyske hvedeøl i smagen.

complex but very nice, this wheat pale ale. hazy, pale beer with fast diminishing head. The combination of thymian and grapefruit taste and the dry finish makes it special and different. Fresh. ideal for a summer’s day.

Great beer! Wonderfully minty. Pours like a Wit: cloudy and white yellow. Minimal head. Aroma is exotic fruit and Ale hoppy. Taste is fabulous. Lovely mint taste, my mouth has a peppermint coolness right now. But with a lovely pineapple flavor. Like a mint and pineapple compote with those lovely ale hops and body ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours slightly murky golden with a medium yet quickly diminishing white top. Aroma is smoked, which I really didn’t expect, acrid, some diacetyl smell in it as well. Aroma is not the beer’s strong point. Taste is very lightly carbonated, with a mild bitter taste, lively, bubly finish, no body, very light to drink. A refreshing beer, but nothing special.
