2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Keg @Õllesummer. Hazy orange color. Sour, funky, grainy, dirty washing cloth in aroma. Medium size white head, stays. Sweet, touch of honey in flavor. Weirest kvass ever. Gets sticky as it warms up.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Seems to be totally different recipe than one what FatPhil had. Hazy orange color, steady white head. Tart aroma of orange peels, bun and yeast. Medium-bodied. Very sweet, fruity apple soda like. Orange marmalade and sugar. Kind of refreshing. Not a traditional kvass.

Tap (Brewery, Tallinn)
Dark bready, slightly yeasty and earthy twiggy aroma, touch of raisins too. Retronasals are packed with raisins, including the little twiggy stalks. Some of that bread yeast too, which detracts a touch, but on the whole it’s quite clean. Touch buttery too, but only to style. Crisp refreshing palate, nice carbination. Not too sweet, but still a sweet drink. Very nice kali, very similar to some we used to make. I swear there’s a hoppy tingle in the late finish. Nice one.
