Provning hos Papsoe. Gyllengul, vitt skum. Frisk lätthumlad, med viss maltig doft, citron och grape. Lättdrucken, med lite beska och kort eftersmak, lätt maltig karaktär.

Bottle. Sweet grainy malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate but short-lasting head. Sweet barley malt and moderately bitter hay hops flavor. Nice body. Pretty good.

Incredible price on this stuff, extremely cheap. Best before 14.02.11. It pours into my DAB mug a nice gold with a rocky white head. It doesn’t seem as pale as DAB. The smell is sweet and bready with a light pinch of earthy hops. The taste is light with a kiss of hop bitterness and some generic pale malts. It is lighter in flavor than DAB. The mouthfeel is light and airy. For the price though this beer is exceptional, I would buy it again and again. It would be easy to polish of a 6er of these in 1 night, the beer is very easy to put down. Overall it is a style with few German examples that make it over here, of the 3 I have had it is the cheapest and least impressive but still a solid beer. Bottle: Grainy aroma, sweetish, notes of hop. Golden color, foamy head. Quite grainy flavor, also bitterness and quite astringent. Common but not bad.

Lucent gold, thin white head, oily creamy medium body, medium carbonation.

Aroma: noble hops, high minerality.

Taste: pale malt, noble hop bitterness, minerality, and a hint of sulfer.

Nothing wrong, just not my style.

Pale gold. Brief medium head. Sweet malty aroma, taste the same, with some weak hoppy notes. Overall - for the price it’s OK. No cheap nastiness, but it’s a quaffer and that’s it.
