Bottle… Clear yellow lager with a small, fluffy, white head. Good retention. The doughy, bready aroma also offers shades of spicy, earthy hops. Medium-bodied with prickly carbonation. The flavor leans only a hair toward the sweet side of balance with a drop of honey and a rumor of acidity. Short, crisp, mildly sweet finish.

Pours a clear and golden beer with a white head. The aroma is weak with malt, DMS and cardboard. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is dry with sweetness. Overall a boring beer.

Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is malt, DMS and light grass. Flavour is malt, DMS, paper and light grass.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, May 2012. Pours clear yelloe with a small white head on top. Paper and grain. Heavy DMS. Thin. Junk.

Golden with a small white head. Grainy malt aroma with vegetables and a strong cardboard note. Dry grainy flavour with cardboard and a faint hoppy finish
