Bottle. Yet another really bad SAB brew. Looks like there is loads of good beer being made in SA these days - go for one of those.

Poured a pale golden colour with a one-finger white foamy head that collapsed quickly but laced well. High carbonation. Aroma nicely of malt. Taste a bit bland initially then followed by a slight hops bitterness. Light body. Soft finish. Initially promising but turned out a bit disappointing.

Can. Pale yellow color, white foamy head with good retention, douhghy aroma, slightly bitter taste, long finish. Pretty standard lager.

Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt and corn. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at some hotel. Clear golden pour, foamy white head. Aroma is faint soapy, slightly crispy grainy. Flavor is slightly bitter, quite watery but drinkable.

Can. A clear, pale golden beer topped by a small, off-white head. Lightly pukish aroma, with grass, hay and pale malts. Quite weak. That goes for the flavor too, but at least it’s lacking the pukish touch. Pale malts, hay and grass in the flavor. A faint bitterness shows up towards the end. Medium to thin on the palate, pleasant carbonation. A beer I’m not tempted to repeat. 130204
