2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Banana, citrus, malt and yeast in the aroma. Hazy pale yellow with a white head. Medium sweet and light bitter. Light to medium body with a soft carbonation. Overall a surprisingly OK Hefeweizen from a Norwegian macro brewery, but not very interesting.

500ml can from a trade with Cunningham, huge thanxx!
Pours pale yellow, hazy, with creamy white head. Smell has sweet yeast, banana and some grainy malts. Starts with sweet yeast, banana, grains and slight floral hops. Middle part has some more sourish yeast, paired with sweet grainy notes. Goes into a yeasty finish with lots of banana and sweetish grains. Much better than expected!!

Boks 0,5l fra Eurospar Tomasjord. Lys gyldengul. Uklar. Lavt skum. Tydelig aroma av sitrusfrukter & banan. Smaken litt gjær & sitrus. Blir litt tørr etter hvert. Ikke noe dårlig hveteøl dette her.

Hazy golden with a white head - Wheat aroma - A good wheat malt body with some notes of citrus and there is low bitterness - Short wheat finish - This was ok

I’m actually a bit disappointed in this local macro brewed wheat beer. Great expectations, but lack of balance. Some character, but not as refreshing as I hoped for.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours hazy, although not as hazy as most hefeweizens, and with a small white head that is quite dense. The aroma is mostly clove and light malts. There’s also a stale aroma. Although it’s mentioned by several other raters, I can’t ’find’ the banana aroma. The taste is quite sweet and "fruity", almost tart, and fairly bitter for a hefe. The body is medium heavy, and quite fizzy.

500ml can from Eurospar Langnes. Very nice in my tall weizen glass with a decent, white foamy head resting on top of a yellow coloured body added by a wheat haze. Loose lacing down the glass. Sweet and dry aroma of herbal hops and ripe fruits. Wheat and sweet banana flavours, lightly spiced, and offset by a little yeasty fruitiness towards the ending. Smooth and refreshing, Rather thin and a tad too sweet though, still a promising brew (at home on a Friday eve, Tromsø 31.01.2014) .

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Gulaktig, tåkete med høyt off-white skum som ligger lenge. Medium kullsyre. Lukter fruktig og syrlig, litt humle og blomster. (Kan minne noe om IPA i aromaen). Smaker litt bitter, hint av banan, sitrus og gjær - men det er godt! Tørr lang ettersmak.
