25.01.2013. On tap at the brewpub. Hansens Brauerei, Flensburg. Black colour with off-white head. Aroma of darker roasted malts. Medium body and a rather pale flavour. I always expect more from black beers! At the end it is very soft with medium dry bitterness and a soft roasted malty finish.

Hansens Brauerei @ Flensburg Tyskland. Keg 40 cl Dark brown to black with a reddish tinge. Small dark temple. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, caramel, butterscotch and a hint of smoke. The taste is surprisingly sweet, almost like candy, you can not get enough of, but still lovely, with notes of caramel and butterscotch. A little bit of bitterness felt, but still enough to keep the sweetness in chess
