yespr (6406), Copenhagen O, Denmark Nov 25, 2007 2L growler. Pours hazy light brown and with a dense, lasting and light brown head. Aroma is dry malty, no sweetness, and with a light hayish/bitterhops note. Flavour is slight spiced, dry barley malt and a solid bitterness mixed with a slight acidity/citric note from what seems to be oranges. Ends quite dry, good, but not really Christmassy. yngwie (3529), Kristiansand, Norway Dec 20, 2005 On tap at the brewpub. Hazy copper-colored beer with a beige head. Bitter aroma. Some sweet maltyness in flavor. Bitterness too. Medium body. Ok, but nothing more. (051208) Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 18, 2005 (Growler 200 cl - courtesy of mip) Slightly hazy amber golden with a small, white head. Vaguely roasted malty aroma. Somewhat rustic, malty flavour but actually has a quite good balance between hops and the sweetness of the malts. Typical brewpub character. 031205 JensenTaster (1482), Denmark Dec 12, 2005 (on bottle at CPH Yeha05) Semi hazy, small white head.Light cherry, caramel and cinamon aromas. Lightly carbonated and watery taste. Too much diacetyl for this tounge. Storm (2681), Amager, Denmark Dec 9, 2005 Amber colour with a nice head. Aroma of caramel and toffee. Nice malty flavour with hints of caramel, ends up bitter unbalance.
