Oct 7, 2007 Tasted @ GJBF Yokohama: Light hazy gold, light head and lacing. Nose of light malt, some clean light hop and some odd fruit and musk. The flavor is creamy and pale, some sweet malt and a light raw rice finish. Just a hint of sake notes, but still a fun experiment to try.

Sep 22, 2007 @ GJBF 2007. Interesting yeast aroma, slight hops, malts, fruits, and some spice. Flavor is a little weizen, but the sake yeast shows through and really sets it off. Fruity and a little bit of sweet malts. Very different. Definitly gets some points for creativity. I’d like to have it again.
