Bottle. Hazy ruby red with no head, complete flat surface. Aroma is sulfur, vinegar, oak notes, old red wine, funkiness, berry notes. Taste is typically Hanssens tart, astringent feel, red old wine, vinegar, hard to detect cassis but some old berry notes are detected, again oaky note, dry and tart finish. Medium body, zero carbo. Hm, something about the sulfur (typical young lambic?) and oak combo that doesn’t quite add up for me. Experimental indeed.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark red with a small fizzy pink head. Notes of heavy vinegar, bandaid, cassis, raspberries, funk.

Bottle, december 18th 2015. Dark purple body with a small pink to white head. Aroma is tart with blackcurrant, wood, funk. Taste is sour with lots of berries, leather and barnyard. Works pretty well. The berries overshadow the lambic a bit but hey, blackcurrants are good. Warning: our tounges and lips became purple after drinking this one :)

Bottle at a Systembolaget tasting. Tart and fruity smell with notes of earth cellar and stable. The tartness was acetic and strong. Unfortunately the cassis isn’t that noticeable. A rough sour beer.

Aroma is cherries/berries, dark fruit/raisins and slightly musty. The flavor is dark fruit, cherries/berries, malts, medium sweetness and a very tart/slightly earthy finish.

Bottle. Pours ruby hazy red with a pink head. Aroma of cheese, deep oak, black currants, balsamic, funk, vinegar and leather. The taste is sour and funky with notes of leather, oak, black currants, balsamic, vinegar, cheese and vinous notes.

On bottle. Pours a hazy ruby reddish with a tiny, pink head. Aroma has sour berries, cassis, light cheese, leather, balsamico, red grapes. Taste is sour, super dry, fruity, light juicy, oak, dry leather. Slightly burning sour finish. Dry texture and an average carbonation.

Bottled. Pours deep amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of black currant notes, wood, funk and barnyard notes. Sour flavor that ends up bone dry and solid tart. Medium bodied watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. An excellent Sour indeed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Aroma de acidez elevada, medio azedume, obviamente cassis, amadeirada, uva vermelha, licorosa, complexa. Paladar de média acidez e azedume, leve dulçor, amadeirada, desequilibrada. Corpo leve e baixa carbonatação. Final de média persistência, começa azeda, maça verde, termina seca e ácida. O aroma instiga, o paladar afasta ...
