Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin reddish head. The aroma has notes of black currant, acetone, wood, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of black currant juice and brettanomyces, and with an acidity hitting late and burning in the top of the throat. Huge thanks to KimJohansen for sharing.

Hazy red beer with a purple tint. No head. Zero carbonation. Woody sour nose. Light palate - dry. Sour black currants but not acid. Barnyard and a little wood. Finishes dry. Sour enough without being silly.

Royal purple with not a single bubble seen for miles. Aroma of fresh fruit with must and dampness. Sour vinegary currant flavor but no acidity. Very nice example of a fruit lambic - would like to see this one blended.

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention 2015. Thanks to Fin! Pours deep purple with a creamy pink crown. Funky nose, some raspberry and farts. Light sweet flavor, juicy and citric, quite funky, with notes of apple and musty berries. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tart finish, drying, with some berry skins and light acidic bite. Also, salty. Very good.
